About us

The people who hold others need holding too.

We sustain the practitioners who are there on people's hardest days, and we name the harm that systems of care can do. That's how both practice and systems begin to heal.

What we believe

Equity and justice

We challenge systemic inequity and champion racial, cultural and social justice in everything we deliver.

Relational safety and belonging

Relationships sit at the heart of the work. Attachment, belonging and cultural attunement are the conditions for people to flourish.

Practitioner wellbeing

The wellbeing of practitioners and of the people they serve are interdependent. We care for both, and we name the secondary trauma helpers carry.

Transformative learning

Evidence-informed learning that leaves professionals working with humility and creativity, and feeling empowered inside complex systems.
